Reservation: $ 250.00 Deposit is due upon signing the contract. This fee ensures reservation of your event time slot and is nonrefundable for any reason. Your deposit will go towards yourbalance. Date maybe changed depends on the situation. Incidental fee is $100.00. This will be refunded if there are no damages. (please allow 48 hours)
Damages: If breakage, damage, loss or additional expenses are incurred the undersigned agrees to reimburse K’s Royal Palace LLC for excess within 5 days of event.
Rental Charge: Rental fee is due 30 days prior to your event. If your balance is not paid in full 30 days prior to your event your deposit is forfeit and your event is cancelled. Payments that are accepted is Debit Card through honey book, Apple Pay, Cash, Money Order, Cashier’s Check.
No personal checks.
Not Permitted: Attaching/ Taping things to the wall, smoking of any kind (hookah, vaping) No weapons on the premises such as guns, knives) No tents, fireworks, grills or gas grills. Exit doors can never be blocked. No glitter or balloons with confetti. If throne chairs are used please do not allow children to play on the chairs.
Alcohol: The renter is permitted to serve alcohol on premises including liquor per ABC of NC rules, however the renter must obtain the limited special occasion permit from ABC of NC to serve at their event. (abc.nc.gov) Please note if only beer and or unfortified wine (16% alcohol or less) is being served at no charge to your guest over 21 years of age it is not necessary to obtain an ABC permit.
Vendors: Outside catering is only permitted. The venue does not have a kitchen onsite. All food items must be prepared prior to arrival (no grills allowed) There is a refrigerator, ice machine is onsite for your use.
Trash/Cleaning: The renter is responsible for removing all trash including the restroom trash. The dumpster is located in the back of the building. For an additional $200.00 you may choose to have K’s Royal Palace to do the cleaning, however you still must remove all of your trash and food out of the refrigerator. Renter must have all items remove by 11:59 pm. This includes food, drinks, Dj equipment, decorations and any other items brought in. The music must be stopped no later than 11:45 pm to ensure everyone is out of the building by 12:00 midnight. Anything left behind will be disposed and deposit will be forfeit.
Ad Ons: Throne Chairs: 50.00 per chair (White trimmed in gold)
Linens: Black, White, Cream round & rectangle table linens 10.00 per linen.
