Before signing this contract, Renter agrees that he/she has read the entire contract

and agrees to all the terms and conditions herein and has had all questions he/she has answered to Renter’s full satisfaction and understanding.

By Signing my name on this contract, I being the Renter contact person, Renter’s

representative or individual assuming the role of renter acknowledge that I have

completed read and understand this contract and any and all accompanied

addendum(s). I understand that I am solely responsible for adhering to the terms set

forth by this rental contract agreement and all accompanied addendums(s).
